Located in the heart of Central Virginia in Powhatan County. Oakdale Equestrian Center is a full care, top-notch boarding facility with all the amenities. We have miles of trails, numerous arenas & a full XC course. There is something for everyone!
Oakdale Equestrian Center hosts numerous events throughout the year from dressage shows to full schooling horse trials.

$50 per horse/rider.
We are open for XC schooling 7 days/week. Please call to make reservations
XC Schooling parking -- Please use the entrance that brings you to the house & barns. Park near the barns. There is a box with waivers & payment box at the entrance of the main barn (near the wooden horse).
Guests are not allowed in the barns. Guests may use the indoor arena, if needed.

Oakdale equestrian xcountry jumps in Powhatan Virginia had a major upgrade over the winter. Cutom jumps by Eric Bull and Wade Palmore and painted by Patty Dunavant. New top class jumps from 18 inch thru training. Also a 600 meter training track marked every 100 meters for you to make sure your speed is correct for your level. Cross country course is available daily with an appointment All parking is at the indoor, xcountry vest and helmet are required and a waiver must be signed. Most important HAVE FUN!!!!! We are almost ready for our vaeventing.com first horse trial, ct and dressage show of the year next Sunday March 23rd .
